The exercises are short and can be done anywhere. The brace selector tool assists in choosing the most suitable brace for your specific sport.

The app includes an 8-week exercise program consisting of 3 sets of exercises per week. These exercises and the accompanying schedule are derived from the 2BFit study conducted by the EMGO+ Institute and have been scientifically proven effective for proper recovery from ankle injuries. Additionally, the app offers guidance on using ankle braces and tape.
